Finally, DND signed award for two brandnew frigates
Finally signed. Wow! It took PNoy's administration 4 years to study from Maestrals to switching to brand new then studied again for several years.
3 months of Duterte administration signed.
Again credits to BOTH PNoy's admin and Du30's admin. Not sure if there should even have a delay in studying it but it's still a contribution. Somehow.
Imagine if this was signed and approved in 2013. Edi sana next year may brand new frigates na tayo.
