The Duties and Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Reporting of monthly assessment of Korean CSR’s and Leaders.
• Maintain activities and monitor for Korean through phone, chant and email.
• Recommendation of ideas to improve the quality of customer service.
• Supervise the Marketing and Training departments for internal progress.

Requirements:

 Korean National in the Philippines
 Fluent in English
 Male or Female, 20-30 years old
 Bachelor's Degree Holder
 Must have experience in Quality (Analyst)
 Must be willing to work in Online Gaming Industry
