Korean Customer Assistance Associate

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: P 80,000
Working Schedule: Shifting
Industry: BPO


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries from Korean customers through call and emails
• Attend to customers concerns and ensure quality service
• Assist customer for travel agency concerns (Booking, Reservations, Inquiries, etc.)

Requirements:

 Korean National
 Fluent in English
 At Least College Level in any course
 Preferably with background and interest in Customer Service but not required
 Technically capable
 Willing to work in Online Gaming Industry
