What Youll Do On The Job
Deliver assistance and guidance to end-users applying and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote interconnection or over the Web;
Work together with customers to deliver and process information in response to queries, concerns, and demands about products and services;
Gather customers information and determine the situation by studying and analyzing the issues;
Diagnose and solve technical hardware and program difficulties involving internet connectivity, e-mail users and more;
Who We Need
Candidate must have finished atleast two years in college
Applicant must be atleast 18 years old
Good English Communication skills
Candidates with call center experience are preferred but not required
Self-motivated and requires minimum supervision
