QUALIFICATION:
Define sourcing strategies to be used to attract talents to hire especially for niche profiles
Knows how to hire in bulk
Experience in Sales and Marketing is important
Initiatives should be aligned in the Market
Will lead Market Intelligence team of HR - Sourcing
Expectation to interact with different recruitment leads from different entities/towers
College Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing
Sales and Marketing, Business development, Entrepreneurship skills
Total years of experience required 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing, Business development, Digital Marketing
Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience 5 years and above and handled 500 FTE
BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
