Please help me translate a sentence to Tagalog

Hi there all!

I had a GF from Davao, but unfortunately she does not want me anymore. The thing is, I have already bought a Christmas present for her son, and I'd still like to send it to him. Could you please help me translate "Sir, I'm sending a present for XXXXX, please give it to him for Christmas. Have a blessed Christmas". I'm doing this because she is overseas working, and her parents don't speak english.

I know this situation is quite weird, but hopefully someone can help me out so I can text her father. (Most of her family actually already know me)
