Qualifications:
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 5 years related work experience in Construction Management
• Knowledgeable in Construction Process, Means, and Method
• Excellent time and project management capabilities
Major Responsibilities:
• Oversees and directs construction projects
• Reviews the project from schedules, deliverables, and costs.
• Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliances and on time turnover
• Coordinates directly with general Contractor, Designer and Lessor regarding site issues, deviation, and requirements.
• Reviews the work progression on a regular basis
• Prepares the work progression on a regular basis
• Plans ahead to prevent problems, resolves emerging ones, and mitigate risk
• Ensures quality and constructions standards
