Responsibilities:
Responsible for the identification of training needs, program design, coordination, implementation and evaluation of training and development initiatives for employees.
Assists in the over-all training programs conducted and monitors the effectiveness and completeness of training to all employees.
Qualifications:
At least 25 years of age
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors/College in Psychology/Behavioral Sciences/Training/Human Resources/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years work experience specializing in a training role with similar responsibilities, including facilitation of education sessions to adults or equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply Audit Learning Principles
Ability to communicate effectively with the wide range of people of different backgrounds
Team-player, Efficient, Analytical, Results-oriented, Fast-paces, Consistent and works under pressure with minimal supervision.
Fast learner, resourceful, hardworking, systematic, self-motivated and with exemplary can-do qualities
Must be willing to do field work
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as being a supportive and contributing member of a team
Well-developed organizational skills and ability to think outside of the box
