What You'll Do On The Job
- Communicating pertinent insight to internal and external clients and sharing understanding with colleagues.
- Adhering to agreed processes, meeting needed work standards, targets and objectives.
- Assists in organizing and employing division aims and makes suggestions to administration to raise performance.
- Provide excellent information and case resolution pertaining to plan coverage and accounts.
- Documentation administration and tracking of consumers accounts.
Who We Need
- High School Graduate or College Undergrads with good English communication skills (preferably with Call Center experience) or;
- Finished at least two(2) years of College (w/out back subject) with average English communication skills or;
- Finished College even without Call Center experience
- At least 18 - 55 years old
