How effective are the variations? I haven't tried kettle belle but it seems that the variations are kinda confusing and difficult. Yes, I've watched a couple of videos and they don't seem to build muscles big time. Do you agree? or maybe I should stick to my regular cardio programs and lift heavier weights.
I've got one more question though: What if someone doesn't have the equipment for bench press? Is there an effective alternative to do some chest exercises that might do the trick?
