Job responsibilities:
-Responsible for filing and completing of critical job requirements.
-Prescreen and source applicants.
-Generate pool of applicants for different positions to meet the Teams target for people needs.
-Identify various sourcing channels to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants.
-Responsible for conducting interviews to determine qualified applicants.
-Track applicants progress during the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
College graduate (preferably Human Resource/Psychology courses)
With at least 1 to 3 years of work experience in Manpower agency/Recruitment firm/Consulting company doing end to end recruitment is an advantage
FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
With OJT Experience in recuitment is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, independent and can easily adapt to changes
