Job Responsibilities:
Growing the team by using the latest tools and channels to recruiting highly skilled candidates.
Work with the executive team on implementing programs and projects that encourage employee retention and high performance.
Design an on-boarding process for new employees and trainees that gets them up to speed ASAP.
Investigate, research and present findings on various HR issues to executive team.
Be a source of knowledge for employees on various issues surrounding employee benefits and compensation -Effective leadership of an admin assistant as a direct report.
Qualifications:
Candidate is a graduate of a four year course.
At least 5 year working experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably from multinational companies
Amenable to work in Marikina
Can start ASAP
