Responsibilities

• Providing solutions to our client’s concerns and processing their customer’s requests
• Answering customer’s inquiries related to client’s products and services
• Delivering customer assistance in the best way possible
• Answering and making calls to customers, and resolving issues fast

Skills and Qualifications
• at least 6 months experience in a call center industry catering to phone/email/chat support. Experience as an SME, collections and sales are of advantage
• Excellent in organizational skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish with good comprehension
• Creative, motivated, team player and results oriented
• Highly committed with good values and integrity
• Be familiar with various office documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure)
• Amenable to work in Ortigas Center during nightshift, and/or shifting schedules
• Spanish language students are welcome to apply
• Filipino citizens
• 3 Full-Time positions available
