Responsibilities:
Supervises implementation of plans, procedures and policies on Center operations which includes:
1. Product receiving and inspection
2. Product Storage and Rotation
3. Order Selection
4. Secured Loading
5. Product & Personnel Safety
6. Off-island distribution
7. Third Party Business Storage
8. Outside Warehouse and Plug-in Facilities Operation
9. Document processing for billing
Assists the Operations and DC Managers for the development, establishment and implementation of innovative and cost reduction projects aligned with the company strategic direction.
Supervises development and implementation of procedures, policies and systems.
Leads departmental meetings to review processes, performance and issues. Sees to it that specific organizational objective as well as productivity measures are clearly understood and thoroughly explained to the subordinates.
Assists the Managers on development of contingency plans.
Handles capacity and manpower planning.
Coordinates with F & A Division and HRD for appropriation of resources and for employee training and development. Trains, orients & supervises Center Personnel.
Supervises preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-offs.
Supervises implementation of Food Safety Program.
Prepares PDER attributable to Operations Divisions. Supervises disposition (e.g. dumping) of nonconforming products. Coordinates and follows-up disposition to function concerned.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate is a graduate of a four year course. Certifications in Logistics Management holder preferred.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in warehousing and distribution. experience in food and cold storage, an advantage
Has experienced in the following: Inventory Control Management, Route Planning, Compliance Audit
Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
