Responsibilities:
Perform any duties as they are assigned.
Follow departmental procedures and methodologies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures manual.
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Follow general operations and treatments;
Properly approach and file call operations using a computer system and issued traffic monitoring computer software;
Qualifications:
Amenable to work for 8 hours
Must be at least 18 years old
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
At least highschool gradaute
Good speaking manner
