For HRM Grads: What is the best job available for us?

I once worked on a restaurant. Quit my job after a year because of low salary. Tried my luck in BPO industry. I got a salary as high as my former mangers in the restaurants. Quit after working for a year as I think it is a career suicide if I keep working underemployed. I graduated with bachelors degree but I still find it hard to look for a job. I want a job in the kitchen that will not make me suffer financially. Even the lowest in the kitchen (commis) needs previous experience. How can i get experience if every job related to my field needs prior experience?

If given a chance to study again, would you switch career?

What jobs related to HRM are you on? Is the salary good?

I wasted 2 years of my career life because I really don't know where to start. I want to make things right this time.
