Responsibilities:
Strategically manage warehouse & logistics in compliance with companys policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Prepare annual budget
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree specializing in Supply Chain
Management or any related course.
At least 5-8 years experience in Logistic and Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Functions is highly required.
At least 2 years of combined experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations
Management.
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Manufacturing industry experience an asset
Must be willing to work in Bagumbayan (Tanyag), Taguig City.
