Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieving the total company sales target; liaise with the appointed ADB (Area Distributors) of each area and/or region; ensures smooth execution of planned activities;
Managing and resolving payment collection issues to avoid disruption in supply to distributors
Conducting regular monthly business review with the ADBs together with the Head of Sales and Marketing;
Managing the Sales Department expenses ensuring that it is spent within the budget;
Working closely with Sales and Marketing team on trade related matters such as but not limited to feasibility study of promotional programs and cascade the plans to the team, sell out forecast, etc.;
Build relationship with the business partners by conducting regular visits and business review;
Work with ASMs to ensure smooth, efficient and effective coverage and make recommendation to improve the delivery and efficiency of sales structure;
Conduct regular monthly, quarterly ASM meeting to review performance, identify issues and opportunities, competitors activities in their respective areas and recommend action plan;
Conducts regular trade visit to audit distribution, understand the trade and check on quality of the sales service by the ADBs sales team and with ASMs.
Providing support to Key Account team to achieve the Key Account objectives.
To carry out any and all other duties that may be assigned and instructed from time to time by the Superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
At least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Sales and Marketing in FMCG industry or related field is required
Must have experience managing a team and a territory
Amenable to work in Makati
