Best kindergarten schools in Cebu City

Hi,

We decided to transfer our daughter from Davao City to Cebu City. We don't want to leave Davao, we love the city but I got a better job offer here in Cebu. I would like to ask which school is good for a kindergarten. We will be staying somewhere in Bulacao. We are considering Holy Rosary School of Pardo since its near to our new place but I don't have much info about the school yet. If you have some inputs I would really appreciate it.
