The Logistics Specialist is the primary contact for Logistics Operations, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product, whether foreign or domestic, in support of production, sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
Import/Inbound Logistics Specialist
Tracks Full Container Load (FCL) shipments to North America from Asia
Tracks full, and less-than-truck-load (LTL) shipments within North America
Processes bills of lading for truck load outbound shipments (LTL/FTL)
Communicates with internal clients, brokers, carriers, and shippers through email and phone for import documents such as bills of lading, freight arrival notices, broker invoices, and FDA/regulatory status
Coordinates with warehouse teams for receiving inbound orders
Makes reports for operational reporting to both internal and external clients; track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics
Export Logistics Specialist
Consolidates export documents from Asian vendors; e.g., ISF10+2 form, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin
Checks and ensures that all documents are received on time and in compliance with Companys and US Customs policies and procedures
Makes reports for Accounting, Purchasing and Logistics teams, such as Open Shipment and In Transit
Requirements:
Candidate will work in Makati.
Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5+ Yrs experienced employee specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent; knowledgeable in FCA shipments is an advantage
Total understanding of all shipping documents and requirements
BPO experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communicator; good oral and written English language skills
Must be flexible with shifting schedule while maintaining high standards in performance and attendance
Detail oriented; accuracy; multi-task flexibility to perform various logistics duties as needed; expertise in MS Excel and MS Access preferred
