Drive store sales and profitability
Monitor and develop work schedules
Assess effective visual merchandise layouts and comply with merchandising requirements
Manage inventory levels and propose solutions that best benefits the company
Supervise, motivate and develop a team to ensure retention and growth of members
Successfully deliver fundamental principles of customer service.
Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably from top tier schools
Fresh graduates and those with 1-5 years work experience are welcome to aply
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays and shifting schedule
Flexible to relocate to ALL STORES NATIONWIDE
