Responsibility of the Job Position:
Sales Achievement: Plan and ensure consistent achievement of assigned team sales targets within all given sales cycles e.g. monthly, quarterly, YTD, annually
Financial Control: Efficiently manage resources and make sound business judgement
People Development: Identify key talents and provide succession plan and need based training. Enhance empowerment of first line manager and direct report
Strategic Planning: Develop new business potential/market from existing and current or new business
Compliance: Submits complete, accurate reports with consistent punctuality
KOL and Key Account: Continuously builds strong relationships among targeted Physicians and Key Accounts and explore long term partnerships
Qualifications:
Graduate of a four year course
10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 5 year managerial experience e in both Sales and Marketing Departments, preferably handled Cardio products
Amenable to work in Makati
