JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead the company in achieving quality policy objectives, goals, strategies and measures
2. Ensure that resources are available for quality training and develop quality projects for
continuous improvement of the companys Quality Management System. Establish a Selfimprovement
Program for sustainable results. 3. Ensures that the QMS processes are established, implemented and maintained in accordance
with the ISO standards, as well as other applicable local and international quality system regulations. 4. Collaborates with different departments like warehouse, operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, sales, audit and HR and provide support to internal functions relevant to the
implementation, enforcement and improvement of the Quality Management Sytem in general and in
the department specific processes. 5. Organize, lead and perform internal quality audits and assessments across the organization. 6. Manage and conduct necessary and continual trainings relevant to promoting and ensuring
compliance to the ISO standards. Provide training needs to individual training matrix.
7. Organize and finalize all documents such as Quality Manual, Quality procedures and
standards form which would help departments and internal auditors to meet ISO requirements. Regular updating of Quality Manual
8. Generate a yearly QMS plan and ensure that the plan is executed properly. Regular review of
plans for the completed tasks and follow-ups. Share the QA results (Building the Business and Building
capability) in a monthly Mancom meeting. 9. Promote and ensure employee awareness about the use and importance of Quality
Management system and the quality policy to ll levels of the organization and to the clients. Establish
SOP refreshers to all employees also conduct bi-yearly Quality Day. 10. Analyzes and reviews Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CPAR) prepared by the
department heads prior to endorsement for approval to the COO and CFO;
11. Ensures that all departments produce their quality objectives in a timely manner and
evaluate if these objectives were met
12. Direct controls (Compliance) of quality assurance functions including the activities of
ensuring the Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained at all
organizational levels and by others like suppliers, organizations and vendors. Received, review and
analyze all complaints and ensure that it will be dealt with accordingly to achieve customer
satisfaction. Lead the investigation and countermeasures to avoid similar incident to recur. Share the
CPAR to the customer following the timing agreed with customers and ARVIN. 13. Implement and maintain the Pest Control Quality Plan and the Site Quality Procedure
documents to meet Prime Contract requirements, expectations of the client, local requirements and
result in the production of contracted QA/QC documentation deliverables. Provide feedback to pest
control service provider for the effectiveness of the program. 14. Ensures that criteria and methods are clearly defined to ensure both operation and control of
processes are effectively performed;
15. Ensures that all documents needed for the Quality Management System are established and
adequately defined prior to issue and use;
16. Responsible for effective implementation of ISO mandatory procedures which includes but
not limited to: control of documents and records procedure, internal audit procedure, corrective and
preventive action procedures;
17. Meet the top management and relevant departments to decide what should be done about
quality failings and to suggest how quality can be improved. 18. Develop and execute compliance audits including preparing an in-process contract audit plan
that will cover both external organizations including offsite and on-site where quality affecting work is
being performed. Identify adverse trends and initiate corrective action reports when necessary. 19. Prepare periodic reports to management summarizing QA/QC activities, concerns, and contract
quality.
20. Performs other tasks as identified from time to time.
SALARY RANGE: PHP 20,000 - 30,000
