Hi! We are currently looking for Pre Sales Consultant to work for a Canadian IT Services Provider willing to work in Bacolod City.
The Pre Sales Consultant is responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with iVedha offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, proposal building, and support sales team in the entire liaison required
Duties of the Pre Sales Consultant
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensuring that the companys product can deliver on the customers requirements.
Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
Assist in production of RFP/RFQ
Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
Ensure smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer.
Background of the Pre Sales Consultant
Previous experience working within a technical pre sales position.
Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems experience.
An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
Previous experience working for large scale IT companies or a competitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Experience in software services and Cloud Service Model is a plus
Understanding of IT offshoring business
Good search skills & quest for learning
With atleast 1-3 years experience
Computer Science/IT Graduates
MBA in Marketing is a plus.
