Brief Job Description:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities which include the building and it supports system (HVAC system, compressed dry air system, water purification system, electrical system, LN2,other related facilities support system). He/ She will also be responsible in the execution and coordination of multi-discipline facilities projects, effectively controlling the maintenance and repair costs, schedules and work standards, implementation and maintenance of Energy Management Program, providing cost-effective engineering design on any facility modifications/alterations or systems upgrading necessary to support the dynamic manufacturing requirements.

Qualification:
 Registered Engineer, preferably Electrical Engineer but not a must.
 At least 8 years experience in operation and maintenance of facilities/plant engineering.
 Proficient in Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning from system design, installation up to the operation
 Preferably with background on the establishment and implementation of Energy Management program
 With knowledge on the operational and maintenance of DI water system & wastewater system
 Familiar with facilities engineering related local and international codes, regulations and standards
 Background in the development and maintenance of environmental management system (EMS) & OHSMS an added advantage.
 With strong technical & soft skills
 Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
 Good oral and written communication skills
 Can work in Cavite
