Product Manager (Cardio) for a Pharmaceutical Company

A Pharmaceutical Company is in need of a Product Manager for their cardio team. URGENT HIRING!

Sales and Business Development
• Prospect for potential new clients through progression of discovering needs, defining best value proposition, pricing, etc., and ultimately closing business.
• Cold call as appropriate within the pharma market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and contacts. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging existing networks and fostering those already created within the Company.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organizations. Maintain excellent communication with senior management with regard to activities, pipeline of prospects, status, contacts, and coordinate other resources in the Company to assist in fulfilling application engineering, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and the Company’s practice leaders or other principals.
• Work with the management team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Develop pricing model for the solutions & service in the pharma sector.

Client Retention
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships when appropriate.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs including custom development or engineering requirements.

Business Development Planning
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Management and Research
• Submit weekly progress reports and activities advanced since previous reports.
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Company’s CRM or other sales management system as required.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Work with senior management to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
• Understand the Company’s goals and purpose so that business development activities directly enhance the Company’s performance.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of a four year course
• At least 3-5 years in this position, preferably handling Cardio products
• Amenable to work in Makati
