Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead for SharePoint / Cloud platform infrastructure, administration, and application development, and user access.
- Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, maintain and document SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box functionality when possible, and custom code as needed. This includes web parts, InfoPath forms, templates, page layouts, and master pages
- Responsible for routine/minor customizations and support requests and well as larger, complex development initiatives
- Work collaboratively within the department and across the enterprise to provide technology solutions and support services related to the SharePoint / Cloud technology.
- Install, configure and test new features as part of the SharePoint Platform including content management, workflows (e.g. approval requests), integration with MS Office, document metadata, forms and other features
- Govern and manage SharePoint / Cloud content; prevent content sprawl (e.g. my-site pages, department portals)
- Assist with the development and lifecycle evolution of standards, guidelines and principles while ensuring best practices, standards, and security strategies are followed
- Develop/identify SharePoint training options for end-users and site owners
- Strong communication skills with advanced critical thinking and problem solving
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years overall IT experience
- WSS2, WSS3, MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010/2013 management, deployment and administration (3+ years)
- 3+ years development experience using SharePoint Designer, MS Infopath, IIS, PowerShell scripting, and MS Visual Studio.
- Proficiency in SharePoint (SP2010/2013) Site and Central Administration (configuring and managing SharePoint Services, site collection administration, site creation, feature configuration, etc.)
- Proficiency in SharePoint Security administration and maintenance
- Hands on SharePoint Development experience creating SharePoint features and solutions including custom: content types, web parts, event receivers, workflows, and site templates
- Experience with Object Oriented programming using .NET C#, ASP.NET
- Experience working with SQL Server databases
- Experience defining and maintaining Taxonomy Term Store(s)
- Experience configuring SharePoint Service Applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with ITIL framework Service Operation, Service Transition and CSI
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
- Amenable to work on midshift-nightshift schedule
