Above Average to Excellent English Communication Skills

2nd year undergraduates are welcome

Must have at least 8 months Call Center/BPO industry Experience

Must be willing to work Graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Excellent Web Navigation Skills

Computer-literate

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel


Other Skills Required:

1. Problem Solving

2. Ability to make decisions

3. Ability to follow direction

4. Knowledge of Client Management Database

5. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks

6. Computing Skills

7. Typing Skills - speed and accuracy
