We are in need of Success Factors Integration Consultant and this is for direct hiring. Please see the details below.

Start date: ASAP
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Employment Type: Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, update, enhance applications and/or integrate with existing business applications to support client business operations
• Build custom integrations to connect SAP SuccessFactors with boundary systems
• Partner with business SME to gather and document requirements, develop technical design specifications for application or integrations.
• Participate in and understand all types of test phases (System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT)
• Participate in identifying areas for improvement / best practices
• Take active responsibility for agreeing on Resolution dates and resolving open queries
• Assist with cutover planning
• Provide post go-live support
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience with SAP HR, IT HR or Payroll.
• At least 3 years experience in implementing web services integration tools such as Dell Boomi, SAP PI, SAP HCI, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem identification / resolution skills
• Willing to be trained to other integration technology
• Willing to travel for short or long term assignments
Nice to Have:
• Basic Dell Boomi and Advanced Boomi Certification
• Knowledge/training on one or more SuccessFactors modules ( Employee Central, Learning Management, Compensation, Variable Pay Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning and Analytics
• Knowledge of the Dell Boomi or SAP HCI integration tool and experience with SuccessFactors
