...or at best, very few?
You think it'd be productive/best interest for companies to pay or at least take in (for free) interns? Is it worth investing and giving unemployed Filipino youths training and jobs?
Are local companies partly responsible to step up and help do this or is this and should this be a pursuit of government?
Would Filipinos that just graduated be willing to get unpaid or underpaid work? Why or why not?
Why aren't local companies doing more internships?
Anong positive effect nito sa Peenas workforce that you can see?
A. Meron naman...sa nursing dito it's called 'volunteering' daw at ikaw pa magbabayad.
C. Eh ano lalamunen in the mean time?
D. Eh get rid of contractualism na lang.
F. Maganda yan, paid is better but unpaid too is good. It gives a head-start to bright future workers with a chance to learn and a bit of exposure to the industry, the managers opportunity to become better teachers, and the company gains both PR and free part time workers. Sana marami pang ganyan.
