My current work is a dead end career. I work as a facilities assistant which is an engineering based job but I graduated from business ad course. I work for a software company so not much opportunities for me if I transfer within departments. I tried giving out my resume like leaflets but only 1 out of 20 companies called back for interview and exam but never called back. Please help
