Bibigyan ng red folder at papapuntahin sa kabilang side nang room na may malaking harang. Magstart magtest. Mga math questions. Yung pinakalast test - essay. 5 sentences each. Mga sample na tanong "Tell me about yourself." "What do you know about the company?" "What are your strengths and weaknesses." "Describe color red to a blind person." Pinapapatay pa yung cellphone. Pag tumunog, tanggal na. Tapos may tatawagin sa kabilang side para interviewhin. Mga tanong "How old are you?" "Tell me about yourself." Ano trabaho ng tatay mo? Ano trabaho ng nanay mo? "How many are your siblings?" Sino nagfifinance sayo? "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "What is the position you are applying?" "Why should we hire you as a (position)?". Tapos hihingian ng ID for verification purpose daw. Pababalikin sa kabilang side para tapusin yung test. Pag lahat nainterview na nila, stop na yung test kahit di ka pa tapos. Maya-maya may pumasok sa pinagtestan namin. May screening uli. Parang classroom lang. Pag tinawag, tatayo tapos sasagot sa tanong. Ang mga tanong inulit lang para daw malaman kung nagsisinungaling ba. Baka iba daw un sinabi sa unang interview tapos pag tinanong uli, iba na. Tsaka "Are you willing to take any positions?" "Are you willing to be trained?". "Are you available until 5pm.", "Sino kasama mo?". Pagkatapos pumunta siya sa kabilang room. Maya-maya may mga tinawag, proceed daw sa Room 205. Yung mga natira, nakapasa daw. Diniscuss na yung company (R8 Enterprise), OJT, allowance, salary, contract signing, locations, medical, requirements. Yung requirements mga index card, red folders, long bond papers, long plastic envelope. Yung medical 2K daw pero sagot ng company ang 1,050 kaya ang babayaran na lang pangpamedical ay 950. Pagkadiscuss, pinagpamedical na. Balik daw 4pm for contract signing. Yung mga nagdoubt, hindi na tumuloy sa pagpamedical. Kinuha na yung ID. Buti binigay naman. Ang nagbalik kasi ng ID ay hindi yung naginterview/nagdiscuss kaya siguro di na nagtanong kung bakit. Habang hinihintay namin yung ID, nagdidiscuss sa ibang batch yung nagsalita kanina. May narining yung kasama ko regarding sa "water dispenser". Baka pinagbebenta na yung mga nandun. Ang di lang namin alam ay kung sila ba yung mga pinapunta sa 205 o ibang applicants na ito o trainees.

PROCESS
Room 205 yung nakalagay sa text pero nun pinaakyat kami ng guard, sa room 208 kami pinapunta. Ipapasa yung resume at magla-log. Bibigyan ng red folder at papapuntahin sa kabilang side nang room na may malaking harang. Magstart magtest. Mga math questions. Yung pinakalast test - essay. 5 sentences each. Mga sample na tanong "Tell me about yourself." "What do you know about the company?" "What are your strengths and weaknesses." "Describe color red to a blind person." Pinapapatay pa yung cellphone. Pag tumunog, tanggal na. Tapos may tatawagin sa kabilang side para interviewhin. Mga tanong "How old are you?" "Tell me about yourself." Ano trabaho ng tatay mo? Ano trabaho ng nanay mo? "How many are your siblings?" Sino nagfifinance sayo? "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "What is the position you are applying?" "Why should we hire you as a (position)?". Tapos hihingian ng ID for verification purpose daw. Pababalikin sa kabilang side para tapusin yung test. Pag lahat nainterview na nila, stop na yung test kahit di ka pa tapos. Maya-maya may pumasok sa pinagtestan namin. May screening uli. Parang classroom lang. Pag tinawag, tatayo tapos sasagot sa tanong. Ang mga tanong inulit lang para daw malaman kung nagsisinungaling ba. Baka iba daw un sinabi sa unang interview tapos pag tinanong uli, iba na. Tsaka "Are you willing to take any positions?" "Are you willing to be trained?". "Are you available until 5pm.", "Sino kasama mo?". Pagkatapos pumunta siya sa kabilang room. Maya-maya may mga tinawag, proceed daw sa Room 205. Yung mga natira, nakapasa daw. Diniscuss na yung company (R8 Enterprise), OJT, allowance, salary, contract signing, locations, medical, requirements. Yung requirements mga index card, red folders, long bond papers, long plastic envelope. Yung medical 2K daw pero sagot ng company ang 1,050 kaya ang babayaran na lang pangpamedical ay 950. Pagkadiscuss, pinagpamedical na. Balik daw 4pm for contract signing. Yung mga nagdoubt, hindi na tumuloy sa pagpamedical. Kinuha na yung ID. Buti binigay naman. Ang nagbalik kasi ng ID ay hindi yung naginterview/nagdiscuss kaya siguro di na nagtanong kung bakit. Habang hinihintay namin yung ID, nagdidiscuss sa ibang batch yung nagsalita kanina. May narining yung kasama ko regarding sa "water dispenser". Baka pinagbebenta na yung mga nandun. Ang di lang namin alam ay kung sila ba yung mga pinapunta sa 205 o ibang applicants na ito o trainees.

MGA KADUDA-DUDA
1. Text. Yung spacing, pagka-capital ng letters, yung o - zero, taglish, ilang beses nagtetext. Pati na sa ibang job posts, may mga hindi maayos ang spelling.
2. Ang nakalagay sa text, SAMSUNG APPLIANCES R.E Corporation. Ano yung R.E.? Ang nasesearch R&D sa Samsung. Research and Development at sa Taguig yun. R.E. - Royal Enterprise?
3. Walang Samsung na nakalagay sa mga offices na gumagamit ng building. Ang nakalagay sa Room 205 sa pagkakatanda ko ay Richmond Marketing at sa Room 208 ay Royal Enterprise. At pagdating sa Room 208, ang laki nang nakapaskil na Royal Enterprise. (Di ko sure kung Royal o Royale)
4. Pinapatay yung cellphone. Pwede naman i-silent, kailangan naka-turn off talaga. Para hindi macontact yung iba o makapagsearch tungkol sa kanila? Tsaka bakit tinatanong kung may kasama ka ba o wala?
5. Nung dinidiscuss yung company, R8 Enterprise ang sinabi at yun din ang pinalagay na company name sa referral slip sa pagpamedical. Bakit sa job posts, ibang company?
6. Ang laki ng sahod. May mga dagdag sa base pay na sinasabi nila. San manggagaling yun? Kapag nakabenta?
7. Magttrain ng 6-12 days. Ganun ba katagal para malaman ng isang office staff/data encoder/it staff ang gagawin niya at patakaran at galaw ng kumpanya o dahil ang ittrain ay pagbebenta?
8. Ang mahal ng pamedical. Sabihin man nilang shoulder ng company yung iba, mahal pa din.
9. Yung requirements parang requirements lang nung elementary. Natanggap ka sa trabaho pero ikaw ang magsusupply ng gamit sa office?

Kung yung iba, R8 Enterprise o Royal/Royale Enterprise o kung anu-anong pangalan ang gamit nila, e ito gumamit ng ibang kilalang company name. Client daw nila yun pero madami pang iba. Madaming beses na ko nagdoubt simula pa lang pero tinuloy ko pa din. Pero nun gagastos na at magsasa-sign na ng contract, di ko na tinuloy. Naiisip ko lang pano yung mga tumuloy pa, gumastos, at nakapagsign na ng contract. Yung iba galing pa sa probinsya, pagluwas nila ibang trabaho ang ibibigay. Maging mapagpanuri po tayo sa mga ganito at kailangan ito ireport. Ingat.
