General purpose/s of the position:
1. Builds the business in his assigned territory by attaining distribution coverage, sales volume, market share targets, manages the companys systems effectively, and processed and resources people, fixed assets and working capital-deliver desired return and profitability.
2. Assures attainment of Key Performance set by Management through setting objectives, tracking measures, problem solving and coaching.
3. Roles:
a. As General Manager plans, leads, organizes and controls distribution reach, availability, systems, process, volume growth, productivity of resources and people, while also building partnerships.
b. As Leader and Coach motivates and maintains high morale of subordinates and partners, and instills discipline in adherence to company policies, rules and regulations.
c. As Custodian safeguards companys resources (e.g. people, physical assets, systems)
d. As Business Partner help sustain and build business of outlets and wholesalers.
e. As Negotiator represents the company in all business transactions
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business course
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
Strong interpersonal and management skills
Strong technical skills in sales, marketing, finance, logistics, HR and business
Has Drivers License
