General purpose/s of the position:
1. Manages the sales development of a specific geographical area within the market territory through direct and indirect routing, implementation of the market, selling and distribution systems as guided by finance, logistics and HR systems.
2. Leads tasks execution by motivated sales team
3. Assures attainment of Key Performance set by Management through setting objectives, tracking measures, problem solving and coaching.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the beverage industry of supervisory level
With professional drivers license
Good communication skills; oral and written
Amenable to work in Naga
