Purpose of the Position:
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for all regional business development activities in sales and operations, ensuring growth in revenue and improve business sustainability by increasing and developing Dealers and Sales Leaders through retention, activity, and productivity to support the achievement of group target.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Analyzes common issues and concerns of assigned region on sales, recruitment, dealer activity, collection efficiency, and branch performance.
A/R Management
Analyzes issues and concerns on A/R of assigned region to ensure timely branch collection.
People Development
Prepares developmental plans for the team and recognizes outstanding performance and contributions.
Administers disciplinary actions based on companys code of conduct
Administrative Efficiency
Submits accurate and well analyzed reports
Implements a well maintained physical branch set-up
Ensures branchs expenditures are within the budget
Customer Service
Manages customer queries and other concerns timely and satisfactorily
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
With at least 4 years solid sales experience in the field of direct selling, pharmaceutical, FMCG, real estate or pre-need handling several groups or branches
Knowledgeable in PC software applications (Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
Knows how to drive
Amenable to manage different regions nationwide
