Job Profile: Account Development Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Generation and Appointment setting
2. Communicating and interacting by phone and email with prospective business customers
3. Presenting and informing current promotions products and services
4. Entering and managing information in company CRM
5. Funnel and Sales management
6. Ability to achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals and KPI's
7. Executing the B2B structured sales process
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs outbound and inbound calls
2. Contact businesses and consult with Decision Makers
3. As a consultant talk about products and services that will help their business
4. Schedule appointments or call back with respective Sales Manager to meet with prospective customers on site.
5. Acquisition, growth and retention of customer base.
6. NO COLD CALLING.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
At least College Level
Excellent English speaking and written communications
Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding of Intermediate Telecom products is a plus
