RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research lead lists following established procedures to ensure that only qualified accounts are loaded into appropriate buckets into the companies CRM system.
2. Research companies and contacts through our database, company websites, proprietary tools and applications to further qualify and score leads.
3. Work with Demand Generation, Project Management and Account Management teams to evaluate the current status of qualified leads and monitor the CRM for the its progress through the sales process.
4. Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through lead generation.
5. Responsible for updating the CRM with updates from carrier programs, carrier promotions and other portfolios that will be helpful to our processes.
6. Responsible for creating daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports for qualified leads.
