Korean Customer Care Team Leader

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: P 80,000
Working Schedule: Regular
Industry: BPO

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Supervision of representatives to assure quality service and performance.
o Make sure to provide direction, instruction and guidance to a group of individuals for purpose of achieving goals.
o The team members are encouraged and trained through coaching and guidance.
o Coordination with management and clients for projects and other tasks

Requirements Package:

• Night Differential
• Allowances
• HMO (+ 2 Dependents)
• Group Life Insurance
• 15 days’ Vacation + 15 days Sick Leave

Qualifications:
 Korean National Living in the Philippines or Local highly proficient in Korean Language
 Fluent in English
 Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder or graduate of equivalent vocational degree
 Must have Customer Service Experience/BPO
 Experience as Team Leader is an advantage but not required
 Must be technically-capable
