Salary: P 50,000 – 70,000

The Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and resolve customer enquiries via chat, e-mail and/or phone
• Handle customer request, comments and orders through phone call, email and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company software, promote client products and services.
• Assist and coordinates with internal teams, clients and co-workers.

Requirements:

 Korean in the Philippines
 Fluent in English
 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder
 Background in customer service is an advantage but not required
 Technically-capable, knowledgeable in Microsoft Tools
