Required Qualifications:
-Execute Market research for HR Sourcing
-Will lead Digital Marketing space for HR Sourcing
-Will do Account and Vendor management
-Will identify sourcing strategies
-Will check the market if the strategies are aligned
-Should be data driven
-College Degree in Marketing or any related course
-5 years experience in Digital Marketing
-Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience 5 years and above
-BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
-Shift morning
-Will report to Recruitment Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager CL 6
-Will handle 2 Associate Managers and a department of 20 25 FTEs
-Location Gateway and Cybergate
