-Define sourcing strategies to be used to attract talents to hire especially for niche profiles
-Knows how to hire in bulk
-Experience in Sales and Marketing is important
-Initiatives should be aligned in the Market
-Will lead Market Intelligence team of HR - Sourcing
-Expectation to interact with different recruitment leads from different entities/towers
-College Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing
-Sales and Marketing, Business development, Entrepreneurship skills
-Total years of experience required – 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing, Business development, Digital Marketing
-Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience – 5 years and above and handled 500 FTE
-BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.
-Shift – morning
-Will report to Talent Supply Chain Senior Manager
-Will handle 2 Managers and 2 more undefined headcount
-Location – Gateway and Cybergate
