Responsibilities:
Maximizes sales and profitability of vehicles through the satisfaction and retention of customers.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Formulates strategies of the Groups under Vehicle Sales Department that are aligned with the Companys strategic plans
Ensures that the Sales Team consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales quotas
Hires, trains and motivates Sales and Sales Admin staff to ensure that the Departments objectives are achieved
Achieves dealership objectives for market penetration
Ensures that all Sales staff receive new model launch and necessary product training
Monitors customer complaints, ensuring that these are properly investigated and promptly resolved
Maintains close scrutiny of developments, legislation and events in the automotive industry which may impact future business opportunities and trading practices
Ensures roll-out of people development programs of the staff
Handles the performance appraisal of direct reports
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field (commercial vehicle / trucking) is required for this position
Preferably Male
Has a Professional Drivers License Restriction Code # 3
Can work in Pasig
Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday
