Audit Head - Pasay

"JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Performs internal audit fieldwork, walkthroughs, designs and carries out tests of controls;

2. Conducts the following audits among others:

a. physical inventory count in the different warehouses;

b. physical cash counts;

c. warehouse delivery reports vs. payments to trucking companies vs. billing to customers;

d. warehouse disbursement report vs. actual receipts

3. Discusses audit findings with the Audit Manager, including the draft audit report/s, to ensure agreement of contents before discussing the same with the concerned department head/individual;

4. Works closely with functional heads to identify progress of issues noted and the corresponding recommendations;

5. Ensures that audit recommendations are tracked to completion;

6. Assists in ensuring company-wide understanding of the internal audit process and compliance to established processes/procedures and controls;

7. Performs other tasks as directed from time to time. "
