Skills and Work Experience

Must Have: Minimum of 8 years as senior manager with strong financial and accounting skills in a shared services industry. US GAAP Accounting exposure and experience. Strong understanding of local statutory reporting, filing etc. including PEZA understanding. Strong financial and accounting experience particularly in the Records-to-Report space – reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, journal processing, fixed assets, etc.
Good to Have: Work experience with large multinational companies, preferably experience in US companies. Overseas experience would be a bonus. Experience in ERP Systems preferably SAP – can be a deployment lead or recognized SME etc. Project Management and operational excellence experience. CPA is a plus.
