QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of a five year's experience as Executive Chef in a multi outlets upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service.
With experience in the field of healthy cooking/healthy food preparation.
Must be innovative in preparing new healthy recipes.
